The Sage and Sand is a rennovated 50's motel with a parking courtyard.

It is blast from the past with a Route 66 feel reminescent of the 50's and 60's.

We work hard to keep is clean and updated.

Units 2,4 and 5 are suites with two rooms each. These suites can sleep four to six guests in comfort. EACH ROOM HAS ITS OWN TV. They are perfect for familes and hunting and fishing groups. These suites all have microwaves and small refrigerators.

Units twelve through eighteen have single full-size beds. All rooms have window fans and swamp cooling systems. Winter heat is natural gas from blazing old wall heating units that have the warmth and feel of a cozy fireplace. Carbon monoxide and smoke detectors are standard in every room.

Units seven through eleven are old-style kitchenettes with one queen bed and a comfy chair in each room. These rooms are relics fromr our 50's heritage with period furniture, 50's style dining tables, complete with blue, green or pink fixtures in the bathroom. Rates in the kitchenettes are based on a two-person occupancy.

Units twelve through eighteen are double beds, some with small refrigerators and microwaves.

Stop by the office in the morning for free coffee or a continental breakfast from June through September.

Reservations are made by credit card and can be cancelled without penalty up to 48 hours before your stay.
